I founded Bytes and Codes because getting started in tech can depend too much on money and who you happen to know.
We help Nigerian students and recent graduates with certification costs, practical advice and introductions to people already working in the industry. More than 100 students, mentors and volunteers have taken part so far.
I lead the organisation and built its website. The work is still growing.
